I may have misstepped
Tumbling down the cliff now
Such a field is art
It's time for a change. I need to learn and I need to grow. I'll use this space as a project of personal occupation and expression, and this will be a village of my experiences. I choose to perceive the internet as a space to be cultivated and to share. and let's be honest, space is valuable. most people experience the web in a narrow space largely owned and governed by private entities who restrict, censor, and control the passage of information for their own profit. But this is not what the internet should be! Knowledge and the ability to share it among one another freely is how humanity grows. I care deeply for the use of one of our most useful ideas in a way that benefits all. I am making this space myself, from scratch, and I am learning (carefully, slowly) what it means to experience the web in a way that steps outside of the monetized and curated reality of mainstream web use. I am not doing anything profound, but I am sharing what knowledge I have and seeking like minds who may feel the same. Teejtown is dedicated to the "free web" in hopes that we can one day use it that way.
